Shift is a social group for teens to connect with other teens who want to make a commitment to being healthier. Shift members learn how to use nutrition and fitness to look and feel their best, and they set and achieve health-related goals with their friends. Shift members meet for one hour, once a week, after school, plus they train together to finish a 5K run/walk.
